Shipping Policy
KVS VAPOUR SHOP INC. offers two day shipping on all Domestic orders placed before 1pm PST with the exception of Holidays and weekends.
Proof of Age Required
We require the Adult signature option on every single package, no exceptions. For more information please see our Age Policy
Free Shipping Canada
We offer free expedited shipping on all domestic orders when you purchase $99 or more before taxes. We usually utilize Canada Post Expedited shipping option for these orders but may use different courier if a quicker option is available.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day. (Usually Monday)
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.
Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM MST will go out the same day.
Shipping times in Canada using Free Shipping option
Please note all shipping times are appx and may be delayed if you live in a remote area of your province or if the shipping carrier has weather delays. If you require your package sooner than we offer with the free shipping option you can upgrade to Xpresspost for a fee and usually gets to you in half the amount of time.

KVS VAPOUR SHOP INC. Inc. does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

KVS VAPOUR SHOP INC. Inc. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
KVS VAPOUR SHOP INC. Inc. cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
