What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

Every order ships with a Canada Post tracking number. If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we'll file a trace with Canada Post. We work with you until the issue is resolved.

Do you ship to PO boxes and rural routes in BC?

Yes. Canada Post delivers to PO boxes, rural routes, and general delivery addresses across BC. If Canada Post can deliver there, so can we. Remote communities may see an extra 1–2 days of transit time.
